DESCRIPTION:Join us at the UNO Community Engagement Center (CEC) in person or online via Zoom for a forum with candidates from across the Metro running for the Regional Transit Authority (RTA)! \n\n\n\nThe RTA will be Metro’s first ever elected board\, and will be responsible for overseeing public transit. Mode Shift Omaha members helped support the passage of LB 492 in 2019\, which set up the framework to create the RTA. Anyone interested in learning about the RTA candidates is welcome.
