Bike or Bus to the Public Meeting This Thursday

Try a new mode for theTransportation Master Plan public meeting this Thursday, September 15, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting to unveil the Public Priorities will be at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine Street, on the south campus of UNOmaha.

We have organized four bike rides and a special express bus to give attendees an alternative mode option for arriving at the meeting.

Bike Routes to the Meeting

If you plan to participate in one of the bike rides, please note the following:

Route 1: Downtown via Metcalfe Park

Departs from the CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) Center parking lots at 5:30 p.m.
Rendezvous at Metcalfe Park at 5:45 p.m. – Depart at 5:55 p.m.

Route 2: Northwest via Democracy Park

Departs Bike Masters (5265 North 129th Street) at 5:30 p.m.
Rendezvous at Democracy Park at 5:45 p.m. – Depart at 5:55 p.m.

Depart Seymore Smith Park, near the playground, at 5:50 p.m.

Depart the Trek Store at 72nd and Jones at 6:00 p.m.

TMP Special – Bus from Westroads via Crossroads

Extra thanks to Metro for providing this special bus for the event.
Standard Fare: $1.25 each way
Departs Westroads Mall (In front of Dick’s Sporting Goods) at 5:40 p.m.
Arrive at Crossroads at 5:50 p.m.  (NW Parking garage at Cass and 72nd Street – free parking on fifth level of  garage)
Depart Crossroads at 6:00 p.m.
