Mode Shift Omaha|

We are looking to grow our capacity as a board as we advocate for transportation options that enhance quality of life and opportunities for everyone. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about transportation advocacy or put your time or talents towards a great cause, we’re excited to hear from you! 

The ideal Mode Shift Omaha board members is passionate about our mission and vision of advocating for equitable transportation options in Omaha. They may also be able to contribute to the board’s diversity in a range of ways and appreciate and use various modes of transportation. At minimum board members should be able to attend an 1.5 hour monthly board meeting but also ideally can spend about 1-2 hours a week on Mode Shift activities (such as blog writing, committee meetings, planning events, social media posts, etc.).

If you’re interested in potentially joining the board, please drop into a Q&A session via Zoom on Tuesday, July 19th from 7:00 – 7:30 PM. If you can’t make that time, email info@modeshiftomaha.org to let us know and we’ll schedule a one-on-one if you are interested.
